Translation of Official Documents (Transcripts, birth certificates, etc)

To do a translation of an official document:

We need to view the original document. Estimated charges per document are listed below. We will call you with a final quote on the translation before beginning the translation work.

Notarized Certificates of Accuracy:

Your translation comes with one notarized certificate of accuracy free of charge. There is a $5.00 charge for each additional notarized certificate of accuracy.

Rush Fees:

Translations typically take 5 business days to complete. For more urgent translations, we charge a rush fee:

• There is a $20 Rush fee for translations needed in 4 business days (96 hours)
• There is a $30 Rush fee for translations needed in 3 business days (72 hours)
• There is a $40 Rush fee for translations needed in 2 business days (48 hours)
• There is a $50 Rush fee for translations needed in 1 business days (24 hours)
